About me

I’m Chuen Hung Tsang, Director & Visual Effects Artist with almost 20 years experience working in the creative industry, I’ve been involved in projects crossing broadcast, commercials, film and music video.

For the past 5 years I have been a senior CG artist/supervisor and compositor at Aardman Animations, overseeing a team of artists on several productions. My most recent projects include working on the feature film Chicken Run 2, supervising one of the main sequences and as a senior lighting/compositing artist on the upcoming Wallace and Gromit feature film.

I’ve worked as a CG generalist at different studios over the years. I am proficient in modelling, lookdev, lighting, rendering and compositing. Recently I was a Key lighter at Jellyfish Pictures, working on Roahl Dahl’s The Twits (Feature).

Prior to working at various companies. I set up an award winning studio, Hi-Sim Studios. I worked as a creative director and visual effects lead/supervisor.

Hi-Sim is represented by Ridley Scott Creative Group. Over the years I have directed a range of commercials for clients such as Android, Philips, Adidas, Stella McCartney, Bacardi, Airwick, Seven Seas, Investec and Virgin Media. My client list also includes the BBC and Scott Free
